ST100NMT Wireless Link device realize long-distance two-way wireless video, audio, data transmission,The maximum air-to-ground transmission distance can reach about 100km. 4. Application of 100KM Data Link Transmission

 

Use of ST100NMT can realize long-distance two-way wireless data communication, point-to-point two-way communication, and point-to-multi-point star networking two-way communication.In point-to-multipoint communication, if the communication between the two access nodes must be transferred through the central node, each node is in the same wireless LAN, all access nodes and the central node communication share the wireless working bandwidth, the device will automatically distribute the system rate equally.

 

The data transmission from the central node to the access node is called the downlink, and the data transmission from the access node to the central node is called the uplink. In point-to-point or point-to-multipoint communication, the downlink shares the wireless operating bandwidth with the uplink. When the device is shipped, the default setting is the ratio of the upstream rate to the downstream rate = 4:1. Therefore, if the device is used to transmit IP Camera video data, the IP camera should be connected to the access node.

 

The device automatically adjusts the wireless transmission rate according to the service data stream it carries, and the smaller the amount of service data it carries, the farther the transmission distance will be under the same conditions. Therefore, when using the device to transmit IP Camera video data, the wireless transmission distance can be improved by setting the appropriate reduction of the IP Camera video encoding bitrate.
